My Timesheets shows details of the time you have logged as a graphical progress bar.

Each user has a number of hours they are expected to log each day set in the Admin section of Traffic.

The progress bar displays the hours you have recorded relative to the hours you were expected to record.

If you have recorded less than the required number of hours, the bar will be red, the correct number or more will display in Green.

Once time sheets have been signed off the bar turns Grey.

There is a Vertical Bar within the progress bar. This is the 100% bar ( ie you have logged the amount of time anticipated). The full deflection of the progress bar indicates upto 120% of the anticipate hours have been logged.

If non billable hours have been logged then these are shown in brackets, and also as a secondary bar in red. This colour remains even if the timesheet has been signed off so that the amount of non billable time is transparent.

If you are in any doubt about the Billable & Non Billable amounts for a particular day, there is a tool tip that you can view if you move your mouse over the days timesheet entry.
