Making a support request

There are two ways to submit a support request:

  1. Submit a request at support.sohnar.com
  2. Email a request to support@sohnar.com
     

Once you have registered at our new support portal at support.sohnar.com you can:

  • Raise a support request
  • Track the status or add more information to your support requests
  • Locate user documentation
  • Review our knowledge base
  • Participate in our forums

 

To register you can either:

  • Submit a support request then select the email link to specify a password
  • Use the sign up registration page
  • Sign in using your Twitter account

 

All registrations use an email address as a user name.

 

To help us address your request as fast as possible please :

  • Separate issues into individual support requests
  • Provide as much information as possible
  • Include attachments and screen grabs if available

I submitted a request because the STATE field is not available.

Hi,

 

My address field on estimates is incorrect - it keeps splitting first line of address over two lines and i cannot modify it.
