Sometimes Traffic LIVE can open however the login screen is out of view.

To correct this issue can you perform the following.

Make sure Traffic LIVE is not running.

For Mac users please delete the following file:

/Users/xxxxxxxxxxx/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/com.sohnar.traffic.Traffic

where xxxxxxxx is your name.

NOTE: The user Library folder is hidden by default in OSX Lion.

So, to unhide the Library folder in your user directory on Lion:

- Open Terminal (Applications/Utilities/Terminal)
- type in: chflags nohidden ~/Library/
- Hit enter
- Quit Terminal

- Open Finder.
- Navigate to  [YOUR USER DIRECTORY]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AIR/ELS/
- Delete the folder named "com.sohnar.traffic.Traffic"
AND ALSO delete the file:

-  [YOUR USER DIRECTORY]/Library/Preferences/com.sohnar.traffic/Local Store/#SharedObjects/RLTrafficMainApplication.swf/so_ui.sol

For Windows users please delete the following file:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS\com.sohnar.traffic.Traffic

AND ALSO the directory:

C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\com.sohnar.traffic.Traffic\Local Store\#SharedObjects\RLTrafficMainApplication.swf

Restart Traffic LIVE and you should see the login screen
