On a Mac to clear Airtime config files follow the steps below:

1. Open Mac HD > Users > (select current user) > Library > Application Support > Adobe > AIR > ELS

2. Delete the ELS folder

For PC users the contents of the ELS folder needs to be cleared. It can be found in the following directory:

C:\Users\<users folder>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AIR\ELS
