Most businesses do not include tax on quotations. Some that sell to entities that cannot reclaim the VAT (banks) or those based in jurisdictions requiring tax to be shown - Austraila - need to do so.

Attacehd is a template that includes the Tax.

To add this

1. Navigate to Admin / Templates

2. Select Quotes and Add a new template

3. Past the text from the attached file into the template

4. Save
