ADDING NEW USERS IN TRAFFIC
To add new Traffic users please follow the steps below:
1. Go to 'administrator > staff' then select 'new staff'.

2. Enter the details of the new staff member to the blank fields

Please type in the 'First Name', 'Last Name' and 'Division Code'. The division code is 1 by default unless you have more than one division ( this would have been setup previously).
3. Click into 'account' and set 'account type', 'traffic account' and 'account group'. If you're unsure what settings the new user needs it may help to look at another user's settings who requires the same access, then apply these settings to the new account.

4. Now click 'save settings' and look to see if there is an 'x' in the 'active' check box - if not please click this.

The account username naming convention is: FirstName LastName Initials (e.g. Joe Bloggs JB)
The password will be set to: traffic
Please note the new user will be prompted to set a new password on first login to Traffic , please note - if this new staff is an airtime user once you press 'save settings' you will be asked to set the password after clicking it.
IF YOU ARE REPLACING A MEMBER OF STAFF
If the new user is replacing a member of staff , you will need to free up the license from the old user first and then create the new user .
To do this follow the steps below:
1. Go to 'administrator > staff' then select the old user from the left, if you see nothing here type in the old user's name or 'all'
2. From this page click into 'account' and remove the 'x' from the 'active' check box.

This has now removed the licence for the old user. Now to apply this license to a new user you will need create them as a new staff. Please go back to the top of this article on instructions to do this.
