This functionality works with Sage Line 50 & may work on other Finance packages.

If you have an incorrect invoice in Traffic LIVE and your Team is too busy to credit that out in Traffic LIVE, (these things happen!), and you notice that is the case, before you update Ledgers in Sage Line 50, then you can optionally modify the Sales Invoice values as follows: In Sage Line 50, after loading the sales invoice with Import Plus, change the amounts and make them all zero. Save Close and Update Ledgers as normal. Now your reporting won’t be 100% correct in Traffic LIVE, depends if that’s an issue for you, but your Accountants will be happy !
