There are 3 steps that must be followed to ensure a job/stage shows in Airtime.
1 The stage/task must be assigned to a staff member ( if any tasks are present)
2 The stage/task must have estimated hours ( if any tasks are present)
3 The user must click add to staff diary.
4 The start and/or deadline date must be 180 days from todays date.
