To set-up a screen share or provide us unattended access to a user machine or server please follow the below instructions.

1. Please download TeamViewer at http://sohnar.com/pc for PC or http://sohnar.com/mac for MAC

2. On PC you should be able to execute the file by double clicking on it once downloaded and on MAC you need to unzip the file prior to being able to run/execute

3. Please provide us with the ID (& password if not "****") you see upon running/executing the downloaded file
