If on Traffic Airtime  data will not load , check the following wihin the Settings Tab :-

Username & Password - - This should match the same username and password that would have been setup for you on Traffic Server. 

If you do not know or remember this please refer back to whoever setup the account for you and in order for your password to be reset.

The naming convention for the Username in most cases will be as follows without the quotation :

'First Name'  'Last Name' 'Initials'

Server  - Ensure this is the correct IP of the Traffic Server, your IT department would able to let you know of this.

Database - Ensure this matches the Database name (in most cases this is TrafficManager)

Work Week Range - Usually Mon - Fri

Save settings.

If all the above is correct, check green/red light in botton left corner.
