Step 1  : Please click on the following link to download Teamviewer :

Step 2 : Click on "Save File" this dialog box varies depending on your browser.

Step 3 : Once Teamviewer has finished downloading you Double click on the downloaded file:

 

Step 4:  If you get this Security Warning, Press 'Run'

 

Step 5 : Make sure 'Install' is ticket and press Next:

( Please Note : If you you see a User Account Control Message  continue by pressing 'Yes' )

 

Step 6 : Please tick the last tick box during this step 'both of the above' and Next.

 

Step 7 : Tick on ' I accept the terms of the License Agreement' and Press Next

 

 

Step 8 : Click on 'Yes' and Press Next

 

Step 9 : You should now see the following 'setup unattended access' box Press Next

 

 

Step 10 : In this step you need to specifiy a computer name and password of your choice

Please note down the PASSWORD as you will need provide it to us as soon as the installation is over.

Please make sure you choose a good password.

- Must be at least 8 Characters

- Include at least one Capital letter

- Include one special character such as $,%

PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE A NOTE OF THIS PASSWORD AS YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE IT TO US.

Once you have chosen a password please re-type it in under confirm password and then press Next

 

 

 

Step 11: For the step below click on ' I don't want to create a Teamviewer account now' and press next.

Step 12: You will be provided with an ID as shown below please take a note down of this and press Finish.

 

Step 13 : The installation has now been completed.

Finally , Please provide us with the ID and the password YOU ORIGINALLY SPECIFIED during the installation.
