If you have previously created a project and need to change the currency of the project you will need to click on the 'view project sheet' button in the bottom left hand side of the project page. This will display a different view of the project page.

On the right hand side of this page you can select a different currency. This list comes from the currencies set in the system. Once you have selected the new currency you need to click on the button labelled 'currency...' this will change the currency throughout the system.


IMPORTANT NOTE - You can only apply a currency to a project, you cannot apply different currencies to different jobs within a project.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2 - If you change currencies after starting a project and start entering jobs and stages, the rates will not pull through correctly from the chargebands. Therefore, it is advised to start the project from scratch if it is decided to change currency part-way through a project.
