It is essential you follow through the following steps if you are about to reboot your server for Traffic to avoid any corruption.
If you wish to reboot your SERVER for Traffic here are the following steps you will need to do:
STEP 1 : Find your FileMaker Server Icon on your desktop and double click it to open it .

Please note if you are using an older version of FileMaker Server, the icon may be different like the image below:
If you cannot see the icon above . Please open any browser and type in 127.0.01:16000 and Click on ' Start Admin Console'
if you get a pop-up box as shown bellow just continue by clicking 'OK' and wait for admin console to load.
Please note if get any pop-up with security request just click on 'Allow' and follow onto the step 2.

STEP 2 : Enter your admin console login details

STEP 3 : Once you are in, under the left hand side you should see Filemaker Server Overview. Under 'Administrator', Click on 'Database'.
Once you are in you should a similar screen as shown below.
STEP 4 : Under Actions Where you see 'Send Message...' currently selected, Click on drop down list and Select 'Close All'

STEP 5 : With Close All Selected, Click on 'Perform Action' button

STEP 6 : You should see the status of the databases go from 'Normal' to 'Closed' as highlighted below

STEP 7 : You may now reboot your server machine.

STEP 8 : Once you have rebooted, Please open Traffic on FileMaker and login as admin client xx as shown below
The login for admin client xx are as follows :
Account Name : admin client xx
Password : a1rtime

STEP 9: If you get the following system message click 'Yes'

STEP 10:If you get this next system message click on 'OK'

Step 11 : Finally, you will be on this screen, click on the 'Run Script' button if 'Script Status:' below it says 'Stopped' otherwise if its status is running close everything

You have now successfully rebooted your server without corrupting Traffic in any way.
