Ales has been a busy lad creating an automated documentation solution for our Open API.  The docs are generated partly from the APIGee information and partly from our Server Side JUnit Open API integration tests.  This should mean that if our tests are running green, then the sample API Requests and Responses you see in the documentation are all valid.
