There is a known issue is V4.2.0 that may cause bookings to disappear form Staff Scheduler View
Check the date in the date picker. Then click TODAY
The date then changes to the 20/1/2012
The unintended consequence of this is that all entries before the 20/1/2012 that are NOT connected to entries displayed on those days will not display
1. Change the date picker back to a Monday / Sunday OR
2. Close and reopen the tab OR
3. don't click the today button
This issue is due to be fixed in a Service Release on the 28 Feb 2012
